Luke 18:1 “And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray and not to faint…”

Our Lord Jesus Christ commanded us to pray always. Prayer is a master key, it opens doors. We believe that through prayer, we are able to unleash the will of God in every given situation. As a church, we believe that there is nothing impossible with God. No situation is too big for prayer. According to Mark 9:23 ‘Jesus said unto him, if thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth’.

The Prayer and Intercessory team is dedicated to praying for the church, individual needs and the nation as a whole. The team is committed in prayer and fasting to God for the deliverance of his people. The team meets every Wednesday, every first Sunday of the month and holds a monthly vigil where we intercede for the people of God.

The Prayer and Intercessory team visits and prays with those in need of God’s touch in their lives. James 5:17 ‘Elias was a man subject to like passions as we are, and he prayed earnestly that it might not rain: and it rained not on the earth by the space of three years and six months’.

As a church, we acknowledge prayer as our bedrock.
