“And He spoke a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint.” — Luke 18:1
Prayer is at the heart of our relationship with God and the foundation of our church. Our Lord Jesus Christ teaches us to pray continually, trusting that God is able to do the impossible. Through prayer, we seek God’s will, experience His power, and witness His faithfulness in every situation.
As it is written in Mark 9:23, “If thou canst believe, all things are possible to him that believeth.” We believe that no circumstance is beyond God’s ability to transform, and no challenge is too great to bring before Him in prayer.
The Prayer & Intercessory Ministry is dedicated to praying for the church, individuals, families, communities, and the nation. Through prayer and fasting, the team faithfully intercedes for God’s people, seeking His guidance, healing, deliverance, and restoration.
The ministry meets every Wednesday, on the first Sunday of each month, and hosts a monthly prayer vigil where members come together to stand in the gap for the needs of others and the advancement of God’s Kingdom.
In addition, the team visits and prays with those who are in need of God’s touch, encouragement, and intervention in their lives. As James 5:17 reminds us, “Elias was a man subject to like passions as we are, and he prayed earnestly…” demonstrating the power and effectiveness of fervent prayer.
As a church, we acknowledge prayer as our bedrock and remain committed to seeking God through faithful and persistent intercession.
