Ministry Leadership & Structure

Ephesians 4:11–12 teaches that God has given leaders the responsibility and ability to equip His people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up.

With the many areas of ministry within the church, it is not possible for the Pastor to directly equip everyone. For this reason, a range of ministry leaders serve across different teams to provide support, promote effectiveness, and ensure accountability.

These ministers work under the leadership of Rev. Kojo Wood and Mrs Caroline Wood, supporting various teams in Word-based ministry and wider spiritual development across the church.
